Chris saved my run. I have waited ~3 years to write this, wanted to make it poignant. I was a trim/muscular 200 lb, 55 year old recreational runner with a diagnosed tear of my left medial meniscus. Ignored surgical recommendation and on the advice of a second doctor, went to Chris. He laid out the work for me, and voila, six months later I was back to my 5 mile run, 3 times a week. I continue to spend 45 minutes, once or twice a week, doing the strength training Chris showed me, and I am still doing that run, 3 years later, with my meniscus intact. Thank you Chris!

Having Chris in my corner as a physical therapist and triathlon coach kept me out of trouble and in sport. His philosophies and approach produce results. Based in Seattle, Chris is world-class and I can’t recommend him enough to anyone dealing with an injury or looking for a sensible running or triathlon coach.

I was referred to Chris by a friend after complications with an Achilles injury. I am an ex competitive runner and triathlete so as is expected I have dealt with my fair share of injuries and subsequent appointments with many physical therapists and ortho providers. I recognized immediately that Chris was on a different level when it comes to knowledge base and approach to recovery. He was able to prevent me from receiving an unnecessary surgery and get me back to running and biking. Can't recommend him highly enough.
