Wonderful group, highly experienced and definitely approach pain management in a different way by helping the patient recognize and control their pain. Everyone treats the patient with respect and concern for their well being.

For fifteen months I endured constant pain in my right hip and the full length of my right leg after a hard face plant. Finally I quit taking my daily walks because they were so painful. Abby at Pain Science gave me mostly gentle stretching and movement exercises and now less than a month later I am back to walking 8-9 thousand steps a day without pain and am on the way to my goal of 10 thousand steps. Also Abby provided a lot of interesting and useful general information about pain and how my body reacts to it.

Dr. Ernesto Garcia-Molina is by far the best physical therapist I have ever seen (and I've been to many). Dr. Ernesto guided me through shoulder surgery recovery and was extremely knowledgeable, attentive to my input and was very encouraging as I progressed. I saw him over the course of nine months and after each visit I had a clear understanding of what therapy/exercises I needed to do. I highly recommend Dr. Ernesto and Pain Science Physical Therapy.

Pain Science Physical Therapy is a patient-centered clinic where patients can feel safe sharing their stories and healing in a warm and caring environment. It is also relationship-centered, with a focus on developing strong ties to patients, their families and the community at large. We follow the biopsychosocial model that diseases come from the intricate, variable interaction of biological (genetic, biochemical, etc.), psychological (mood, personality, behavioral, etc.), and social (cultural, familial, socioeconomic, etc.) factors. At PSPT, you are scheduled for one-on-one sessions with your therapist. We spend a long time actively listening to our patients and getting to know them in order to provide the best possible care.
