He wore gloves and a mask before he got to my door. Covid-safe is always a plus. Once in, navigated straight to the problem. I had a leak, the smallest pin hole leak behind my water heater. All the work was clean, he didn't set a tool on my floor or counter- as he came in with drop cloths. He didn't seem to mind my kids as during these times a person in our home is huge. My boys are 5 and 2 and full of energy. Fixed our leak and he suggested to replace our water heater which at first I was slightly discouraged about. But since it was 13 years old, I called a family friend and confirmed his suggestion was accurate. All around a great experience and worth every penny.
