My first interaction with them was great and the installers did great job, but I've tried reaching out for additional windows and after a bit of going back and forth, they just ghosted me. Seems rude and unprofessional.“

Our quotes for paint were complicated by having leaded paint from decades ago underneath newer coats. ***** gave ** a quote for new board and ****** pre painted HardiePlank siding and painted flashing to cover the fascia that was equal to the quotes we had for repair and new paint. It included new vapor barrier and along with the expected life of the painted ******************* made much more financial sense than wasting money painting the aging shakes. I had been trying to find someone willing and able to repair the leak for weeks, and James drove out same day. He is clearly very experienced and an expert on windows.
