I have worked with This company for about 2 years now and I can not tell you how many times I have called and asked for a favor or help in a sticky situation and they have delivered quality and consistent every time. Not only that they are flexible with pricing. The clients I service in Seattle are thankful for my company but the Hero behind the scenes is Benson Remodeling. I cannot stress it enough thank you for all you guys do Jason, Chris, and team! My job would be a lot harder without you guys

Our rental has had an issue with an on- going leak/roof damage. Andrew came out today to check out the latest leak/damage. I am so grateful for his thoroughness in assessing the damage. I finally feel like we are getting somewhere that our property management company has been avoiding! Thank you Andrew!!

Our experience with Benson Remodeling Tech Tristian was very professional and personal at its best!!The conversation we had with Tristian was so detailed that we were apologizing to him about the amount of time we were taking from him for his next appt.Tristian is very knowledgeable and also his yrs of experience helped as he arrived to begin the work , he describe to us in detail what he was about to do before he began the work and to be very concerned if he was going to be a distraction regarding the noise level he might be imposing.. true professioanlism to say the least.Lolo who gave us many dates and time options to fit our schedules made us feel less anxious about...read full review
