My old toilet was leaking and making crazy noises and was constantly running. I called Collins and got an appointment the very next morning. The technician (Ben) was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He replaced my toilet that very day and it looks and works great. I am very happy with the service. Thanks Collins!
Andre is the best! I have never left any reviews on any business before. I am trying to understand why some people gave fewer stars. Mike immediately called me back, even though it was on Friday night. Andre came on Saturday to look at it and determined which parts needed to be replaced. They charged us a very reasonable price to fix it.I will call them to request Andre if/when we need a plumber, nobody else!Service: Water heater repair
