The team was prompt, honest, and dependable throughout the entire process. Craig, Kyle, and Chris were especially helpful—they ensured a soda shop was equipped with the best plumbing setup in time for opening day. Jim and Ken, the "dynamic duo of plumbing," fixed issues with a tub and toilet, and went above and beyond by replacing a stubborn shutoff valve and locating the waterline entry point. Michael and Chris replaced two water heaters, rerouted the piping, and communicated clearly throughout the process, leaving no mess behind. Herdman Plumbing is highly recommended for any plumbing needs.
Herdman Plumbers are not only very professional and knowledgeable, but very responsive from the time you call for an appointment to showing up to do the work. They are thorough and follow up, and they deliver excellent customer service. Do not hesitate to call them for your plumbing needs. Kyle and Christopher are a great team. Jim also helped with fixing a leaking gas pipe.
I was looking for a plumbing company that I thought would be dependable to do good work and be there in the future. I had seen Herdman Plumbing's trucks, and decided to give them a call. Kyle and Christopher came out, and they were both very professional from start to finish. They gave me an estimate; advised when they could do the work and showed up on time. They proved themselves to be knowledgeable about their profession and were extremely diligent helping me to understand what they were doing and why. The also found a gas leak which they will be repairing as soon as they can get the part. I would highly recommend Kyle and Christopher and will call them again when I need their expertise.
Herdman Plumbing does professional and quality work in a timely manner! I had the pleasure of meeting Brett and Dakota, who diagnosed and completely replaced the kitchen and laundry drain lines in my very old home. I truly appreciate the professionalism in the work they did - they explained everything from the core issue, to their proposed solution, and did a complete walkthrough at the end of the job. Even scheduling was as flexible as it could be, which is very appreciated when things start backing up. I would highly recommend Herdman Plumbing!
