You’ll find hero's at Herdman. Jim and Erik and Craig went above and beyond to solve the mystery of inconsistent hot water in a fixer home I purchased. They worked tirelessly to hunt down the cause by mapping the pipe system in my crawl space, teaching us along the way about replacing cartridges to save money and after carefully removing drywall to chase the suspected crossover issue they discovered the cause of a misrouted pipe that a previous contractor had laid. Tonight I lingered in a hot bath for hours with a prayer of thanks for their commitment, dedication and eagerness to solve for an issue that other plumbers I contacted did not have. I had an issue with my hybrid electric water heater. All the other companies wanted to charge $100-$129 just to come out. Not only did Herdman not have that policy, Jim called me and graciously helped me over the phone. He took time to explain and gave me many useful tips. Time AND money saved!!! No charges!! I sure will be calling them again! They have me as a customer for life now. What kind, considerate, knowledgeable people!! Thank you so much, Jim. I appreciate you!!

An emergent water heater replacement was conducted and all my expectations were exceeded! Jim and Alex made light work of the swap. Also, they were very professional and explained the entire process before touching the equipment. After, they reviewed all of the work with me. Very thorough and professional!
