“My husband and I visited the Emerald showroom while shopping for new flooring. We found Alexander professional, helpful, responsive, knowledgeable, and friendly. He had a nice selection of high quality, but reasonably priced, flooring covering options and helped us identify the LVP flooring we were trying to match in our new house. It was a small job but difficult because the hardwood had to be laced into the existing floor. Hugo was our installer and he did a fantastic job.
