The work was removing old rot siding and old windows, replacing with new protective underlayer, new cedar siding, paint, and premium windows. Also for the window interior that was bad in the basement, they took out all the old damage and replaced with new wood window wraps, custom.to fit the unique shape of space. We got 6 bids and theirs was very reasonable but here’s what really made them stand out:<br><br>- Jackson did a thorough inspection and found things no other company noticed (like a beam slipping off a shim)<br><br>- He created a video describing the issues and recommended fixes (this was so helpful because it’s difficult to remember what we talked about and I could easily share the video with my spouse)<br><br>- Jackson answered all of our questions and then the work was scheduled for the following week (not 2-3 months out like some other companies’ schedules)<br><br>- The repair team was friendly and respectful, showed up on time, and got the work done in 1 day!<br><br>10/10 experience - they really knocked our socks off! “Highly recommend Mike and Emmanuel Home Services. We originally called them to install a vanity in our bathroom, since then we have hired Mike and Dave to do multiple other projects. Installing a new faucet, fixing leaking pipes, creating a new attic door and installing canned lighting. Although Mike doesn’t do the plumbing or electrical work he has contacts who are also excellent. Mike has become more than a handy man and is now a friend, he and Dave are really kind, great people. Next project… they will be tiling our shower!”
“Antoni and his crew did an awesome job on my roof! Materials were delivered on a Friday, work was started Monday and they were finished on Tuesday afternoon. They worked efficient, were polite and they did a really good job cleaning up after when they were finished. I went up on the roof when they were done and was very happy with the results. They even spray painted my old rusty chimney vent black so it all looked really nice when they were finished. I am a happy customer and I would highly recommend them!”
