James and Genessa are a wonderful team! We did a full demo kitchen remodel along with a few other projects in our main living space and everything turned out beautifully.The planning and design process was extremely organized and efficient and Genessa is a wizard at drafting up visuals so you can see the design every step of the way which was extremely helpful. We had water damage inside our master shower tiled walls. We had to have the walls, wood framing, floor and underlayment completely removed and replaced.We entertained two (2) bathroom companies specializing in repairs and upgrades and two (2) general contractors with 5-star ratings.We talked about the needed repairs inside the wall and explained the project in concise detail to all four companies.The bathroom companies wanted to provide bids on their specialty bathroom products. Basically, bathroom kits they per-fabricate in their shop and install.
