“This was my SECOND visit by Stanley Steemer for home service this week. My initial call garnered me very quick scheduled event for both instances. This was AWESOME and a HUGE convenience for me! This second visit was for HVAC duct and vent cleaning. 2 associates were sent out to complete the task. ONCE AGAIN I was very pleasantly surprised with the personnel employed by Stanley. Cameron and Dexton were my DUST WARRIORS. Both fellas were pleasant and very friendly. They shared with me EVERYTHING they were going to do, and answered ALL of my annoying question!! Both were also very respectful of my home. Ever since our family purchased the house, the vents have never been professionally cleaned. During the changes of the seasons I would notice that I would cough or sneeze a lot when the heater or air conditioning turned on. FINGERS CROSSED that this VERY THOROUGH CLEANING will alleviate any future FITS! Huge THANK YOU to Cameron and Dexton! Job VERY well done, guys! “Ivan and team were great. 10/10 would recommend. We have a nightmare situation in our condo - the neighbors’ upstairs had a water heater leak and destroyed a good chunk of our - walls, ceilings, floors, crawl space. We can’t even live there at the moment. Ivan and team has to take up tile, wall board, laminate floors and insulation and then dry it all out. He was so great through the entire process. I submitted a form on his website and he called me within 10 minutes and was on site that day. He gave us a good estimate and also worked with us to help get things sent to the HOA and insurance. He kept us informed through the whole process and texted me updates regularly. The cost ended up exceeding the estimate by quite a bit - BUT they found more damage than expected and he kept me posted on all the necessary add ons - nothing they could have predicted or prevented. I was also really happy with how respectful they were of our home. They had to move quite a bit of our things and they did so with a lot of care. They also left it very clean (despite actively doing demo in there) and used plastic to protect any unaffected areas. Given that this was unexpected and we didn’t have time to move all our stuff or go through everything, we really appreciated that.”

“Chumley was fantastic! We got 6 bids and theirs was very reasonable but here’s what really made them stand out:<br><br>- Jackson did a thorough inspection and found things no other company noticed (like a beam slipping off a shim)<br><br>- He created a video describing the issues and recommended fixes (this was so helpful because it’s difficult to remember what we talked about and I could easily share the video with my spouse)<br><br>- Jackson answered all of our questions and then the work was scheduled for the following week (not 2-3 months out like some other companies’ schedules)<br><br>- The repair team was friendly and respectful, showed up on time, and got the work done in 1 day!<br><br>10/10 experience - they really knocked our socks off! With integrity and customer service like that, I only wish they did more so we could use them for other projects!”

“Apex roofing is 100% tops on both its people and their professionalism. They do great work. And they have people who are knowledgeable about what they’re talking about . They’re also very good at keeping you in the loop with what’s going on and any changes or whatnot that might be going on when your roof.<br><br>So: story time : back in February of 2026 my roof started leaking into my kitchen during a rainstorm. I got a patch job done by one company and the called around, Apex sent out Joe and Mike and they looked at the roof and asked a few questions about everything, turns out from their assessment, the roof was not properly installed whenever it was put on and improper shingles were on as well as flashing. They laid out what was gonna happen with the roof and we went from there. This last week of March they showed up and started work, along that route, they informed me that a portion of the roof had improper plywood that was wet, and I gave the blessing of new plywood that meets standards. I’m impressed with everything and happy to have a roof that I don’t have to have a tarp on any more.”
