My wife and I worked with Ace recently after a small house fire, and we were very happy with the whole experience. We have never had to deal with a house fire or the insurance claim process that comes with it, but Paul and his crew made this as pain free as possible.Specifically, we were impressed with their professionalism and Paul's knowledge over all things fire repair; they were on top of all steps throughout the process including the insurance process and made everything easy through good communication and project management/execution. I can't say enough good things about this company! First, they responded promptly to mitigate water damages, and then they were the interface between me and the insurance agent. The owner and crew of Ace Flood Response & Construction were respectful, prompt, and capable. They were good listeners and communicators, offering suggestions to help make the reconstruction project run more smoothly. I would definitely hire them, again!

I contacted Ace flood response when I had water come through my ceiling after a storm. They were able to come out the next morning, helped deal with our insurance and the roofer and did a fabulous job. I highly recommend them!
