“Hurt myself this morning before work :( went to work anyway but it got worse! Convenient location it's right by where I work! Very helpful, intentive, caring staff. Didn't minimalize my needs even though it turned out nothing was broken nor fractured neither. It was a quick visit too I didn't have to wait long to be called back & didn't have to wait long for the doctor, though I did notice it was not very busy at this clinic today at this time so I'm not sure if there would ever be a long wait & I just got lucky today.“

“I’ve been routinely visiting this ZoomCare for the past four years, and my experiences have consistently been positive. The staff are always friendly, welcoming, and genuinely caring. They take the time to listen to concerns and have been incredibly helpful with various health issues over the years.

One thing I appreciate is the range of services they offer. In addition to general healthcare and annual wellness visits, they provide access to mental health resources, can assist with ESA-related evaluations, and more recently have begun offering GLP-1 evaluations as well.

Scheduling appointments is quick and straightforward, and the visits themselves are efficient without feeling rushed. The entire process is designed to be convenient while still providing quality care.

Overall, ZoomCare has been a reliable healthcare provider for me, and I’m honestly surprised more people don’t take advantage of the service. I would definitely recommend them!“

“Hands down, the best urgent care around. The staff is wonderful, the location is so convenient, and the fact that I can get my prescriptions filled on my way out the door is a game changer. “Had my first ever chiropractor appointment this morning on emergency basis. I currently have a pretty severe upslip in my hip. Making the appointment was super easy and communication was spot on.

Once I arrived, Dr made sure that I knew to take my time getting inside as it has been so painful to go from sitting to standing (and vice-versa) and to walk. Once paperwork was completed, I was shown into a room and we started immediately with discussing what happened to me and what the process to getting me back to normal would probably look like. I informed the chiropractor that it was my first time ever visiting a chiropractor and that I was dealing with a lot of fear and anxiety. He made sure to talk me through everything and make sure that I could relax before even putting a hand on me. Though, part of my adjustments were painful, they weren't nearly as painful as I had originally feared. I even ended the appointment with some laughs as he was making jokes which really helped to ease my mind. Great bedside manner!

I left today's appointment with a future plan to get me back to shape and with more mobility in my affected hip. Looking forward to my next appointments and getting well!“

“Not sure why other people review this place badly?? I just went today and the receptionist was so kind and helped me set up my new information that I needed to add. While I was sitting in the lobby (for an appropriate amount of time since four people were ahead. Walk ins are first come first serve so idk why people are complaining. I barely had to wait.) the two older people working at the lab welcomed everyone so friendly and were joking with people and remembered the past patients. Including one elderly woman who clearly goes often. She left laughing and saying “you guys always make this so fun. Thank you.”
When I got seen the nurse was very friendly and answered all my questions nicely. I was embarrassed for what I had to go in for but the doctor made me feel like it was totally fine and to not worry. Answered all my stupid questions without making me feel stupid. I had a great experience.“
