The Everett Clinic at Harbour Pointe Walk-in Clinic Urgent Care

I've been to the walk in clinic at least twice and found it an excellent care center. The physicians, the nurses are all quite compassionate, in my experience. Like any medical facility there's a bit of a wait while other patients are treated, but once the clinic does open you're treated well...and thoroughly. Highly recommended.

I was thrown off by the negative reviews here. I realized I needed an urgent care in the middle of the night and searched around early in the morning. I went here first thing (7:20am) and was checked in quickly, taken to a room within 10 minutes, and out the door in 45min. The nurse and doctor were efficient, knowledgeable, funny, and caring. By the time I left, the line for care was much longer but this is product of the help they are providing. It seems like they are working hard to see everyone that comes in.

The Everett clinic does not seem to understand the word "urgent". Standard wait times are consistently an abysmal 2 to 3 hours. Nothing "urgent" about any aspect of the clinic - from checking in, being completely ignored til you're name is called, to waiting for another eternity to be seen by a doctor who will rush you through as quickly as they can. At least the doctors are pleasant enough once you finally see them.
