“We did lots of research before selecting this company for roof cleaning, and chose Chinook for the stellar ratings on Better Business Bureau. We also preferred their method of using blowing and moss killer (although we hate to use any chemicals) rather than pressure washing (not recommended for composite roofing, Presidential TL). They were able to schedule pretty quickly, at a decent rate, and communicated well. When we got home, we were so happy with how the roof turned out, and the cleanup was great! Will definitely use them again next time.“

He recommended to call WRIGHT WAY Restoration. I called and talked to Abby who was able to get someone out within a couple of hours. I believe she sent Erik and Johnny to the house, they were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and caring about the project and making sure that the mess was cleaned up for my mom the Wright Way and immediately. When they were done, and the issue was resolved my plumber came out afterwards and did his work.

They didn’t rush, they just took their time and made sure that I was happy with everything before they left, answered all my questions and left me with carpet that looked like brand new. “Schedule was not easy . Dec 27 was canceled due to illness, the next date wouldn’t have bee till end of January!!
I didn’t want to wait that long. Got re scheduled for January 6th. Said arrivals between 9 and 11. Technician did not show up till 11:45.. he had four buildings to do and he didn’t finish till after dark. I would have liked to been able to inspect his work with him.

Now two weeks later, being ask for a review..
The first treatment didn’t last 8 months,
