I could NOT be happier, not only with his proffessional service, the newer look and fee of my 8-yr old W2W carpeting, but also his good nature and sense of humor.
He helped me move my couch and coffee table as my back is toast.

The price was right. Never an upsell or nickle+diming about dimenssions-- because I accurately measured before my purchase.

“Update: They came out for the second time and our carpets look fantastic again. Again the service was great! Scheduling was super easy. Prices are very reasonable.This place was amazing! They came out to my home in Bothell to clean two of our main living spaces and a hallway. I was able to schedule within a week, they had plenty of time spots available. They were very prompt, but they do ask that you give allowances for traffic and other unexpected possible delays which is totally reasonable. The tech was very friendly and thorough. He was quick and efficient and was very comfortable saying hi to our two rambunctious dogs. My house smells so fresh and clean and my carpets look amazing! “Great customer service and really great carpet cleaning. The carpets came out cleaner than I expected. And it was really great because they were not soaking wet. They also cleaning a wool carpet that was used and abused by a toddler. Including old playdough that would not come out. All the stains lifted. My whole house feels completely refreshed. The price is very reasonable . I will continue to use them and would recommend them to anyone that is looking for carpet cleaning service.“
