They came out to my home in Bothell to clean two of our main living spaces and a hallway. I was able to schedule within a week, they had plenty of time spots available. They were very prompt, but they do ask that you give allowances for traffic and other unexpected possible delays which is totally reasonable. The tech was very friendly and thorough. Even though it was a very busy time for the company, she managed to make it work. Speaking with her was like speaking to a friend who genuinely wanted to help us out with our situation. The technicians showed up on time and went right to work. They were courteous, professional and did a great job. They completed three bedrooms, a very dirty hallway and stairs in under three hours.
