My 20 year old nylon loop carpeting was a mess because of a remodel project. I planned to replace it so I didn’t protect it during the construction. Consequently, the rug was covered in stains and grime. In preparation for visitors arriving, I decided to have DA Burns clean it so it wouldn’t look so terrible during their stay. The tech, Brien, arrived on time, conducted himself professionally and set out to do an amazing job. I cannot believe how good this carpeting looks. I have decided not to replace it. DA Burns did a great job cleaning and rebinding our 50 year old Karastan rug. The Bellevue employee was great in providing all the necessary information. The job was completed on time.
