Fantastic service. Recently purchased my home and the previous owner had neglected the roof a bit. There was debris build up, the gutters were packed, and moss was growing. Scheduling was fast and easy. Carlos came out to inspect and provide and estimate and kept me informed through every step. He job'd out up there for a solid 3 hours and you can tell he takes pride in his work. The roof looks great, gutters and downspouts are clear, and the moss treatment will help keep my roof in tip top shape. I'll definitely be using Hydra Clean again for future service.
Carlos did a fantastic job cleaning our very mossy roof, working diligently for many hours, and then additional hours cleaning up afterwards because our deck and yard were covered with clumps of dirt and moss. He kept me informed, showed me before and after pictures and treated the roof to protect it. He offered an multi year contract for annual maintenance, and was polite when I declined, not putting any pressure on me, which I appreciated. He was very professional and as a widowed woman, I really was thankful for his respect. I called around to 4 other companies for pricing, and this price was in the middle, which is what I prefer.
