“Schedule was not easy . Dec 27 was canceled due to illness, the next date wouldn’t have bee till end of January!!
I didn’t want to wait that long. Got re scheduled for January 6th. Said arrivals between 9 and 11. Technician did not show up till 11:45.. he had four buildings to do and he didn’t finish till after dark. I would have liked to been able to inspect his work with him.

Now two weeks later, being ask for a review..

It was a plus that they were able to clean our couch on the 3rd floor of our apartment. They were able to get a drink stain out, along with a bit of acrylic paint that had sat for a long time in the fabric, which took around an hour! It was impressive. Now our couch looks brand new again. We 100% will be considering their services again the next time we need anything professionally steamed!“

After 7 years, 3 dogs, and lots of foot traffic, they had gone from creams, blues, and pale grays to dull and stained (oily dog sleeping spots) and discolored (high traffic areas). One week after Fuzzy Wuzzy Rugs picked them up, they were delivered so clean they looked brand new. There had been one small area that had been under the leg of our dining room table that had retained its original colors, and the entire rug matched it and could no longer be found. And both rugs look equally great. The living room rug perfectly matches the dining room rug again. We will definitely use Fuzzy Wizzy Rugs again and I highly recommend them if you have an area rug that needs cleaning. They were prompt, courteous, and professional.“
