Caitlin is absolutely phenomenal. She noticed things about my body that I didn't realize were going on but are 100% true. I left not only feeling incredible, but also empowered to understand how to make positive changes in my routine. I'm sadly not a local but will be back every time I'm in Seattle!

Caitlin’s was one of the absolute best sports massages I’ve ever received. She’s got a kind energy, she’s super tuned into you and your body throughout the session, and a real professional. I would come back in a heartbeat!

Best treatment I have ever had. Caitlin is very well educated in her craft and it shows. This not a country club or spa treatment, this is pinpoint issue specific treatment which makes all the difference. I have only made one visit but will be back frequently.
