I’ve had a very disturbing experience with the shear madness hair salons located on mercer island. I repeat do not go if you are a person of color. very disturbing place. I have nothing else to say other than me giving them 1 star. Again please do not go to this hair salon if you are a person of color. They are racist and won’t even dare to have a conversation with you for 30 minutes or even an hour.
Patti is amazing. she is such a great stylist. I am so happy I stumbled upon her. I have really curly hair, and if you have curly hair, you know how hard it is to get a good cut. well, it isn't hard for Patti. she is a natural, if you ask me. I am so pleased with my haircut. I am telling everyone I know about her. got to SHEAR MADNESS; you will be glad you did.
I've been seeing Patty to get my haircut for the last 20 years! High quality salon, excellent customer service, and they always go the last mile for you. Prices are reasonable and competitive and certainly worth it.
