I had Kim today as my stylist and she did an amazing job. The store was incredibly busy with only two people working yet she still managed to have me in and out with the exact requests that I told her all while being kind and attentive. I even forgot my phone in the store and despite there being other customers, she ran outside to make sure I got them before I left the area.
I have gone to Great Clips on Mercer Island off and on for a number of years and always had decent hair cuts but I especially liked the recent cut I had from a very kind and very helpful stylist named Thu. She went above and beyond coaching me on how to do haircolor properly (my hair is not in good condition due to a very stressful last few years with having to travel to and from Texas to help my kids with a sick child, so this took a toll on my health and my hair especially). Thu was especially helpful and went out of her way to help me. Great haircut and wonderful stylist and fair price, too. You won't be disappointed. Highly recommend.
They refused to do buzz cut for me several times for some reason. I thought customer was always right. It took some convincing and telling them I will go to their competitors if they don't.
Update: Gave it one last chance and they didn’t refuse doing the buzz cut, so updating the rating to 5 stars.
