“My partner and I booked a two hour private with Rose to build some knowledge and (maybe joy?) for massaging each other. I thoroughly enjoyed learning from Rose. She asked us what parts of the body we wanted to target and provided info based on what we asked. She modeled and then had us try, making sure to mimic the environment we have available to us (we don’t own a massage table).

I walked away with some techniques but also feeling empowered about the activity in general. I had a preconceived notion that who ever is receiving the massage is the comfortable one and the giving is sacrificing to make it happen. Rose modeled and explained how the giver can make the practice more sustainable for themselves and offered us techniques that had comfort built in.
