“We called for a stopped sewer line and Nolan discovered we had a poorly seated toilet that was leaking into our crawl space. Additionally, we had no clean out valve in our sewer line. We had Matt come out and assist Nolan with a clean out installation. We found roots in the line out to the mainline sewer connection but worse was a type of drainpipe called Orangeburg that was buckling and heaving. After consultation with Tye Hooley, another tech, we scheduled to have a HDPE liner placed. Tye, Robert and Keaton needed two days to place the line due to the city main sewer line being too close to our fence line. These guys were fast, efficient, clean and extremely professional. I would call them for any issues I have with my plumbing. I cannot recommend Mainstream enough. Thank you so much, Tye, Robert and Keaton.“

Called Raptor Rooter to schedule an emergency appt, (because what family can go overnight without working toilets) and was told the technician would be calling soon. “We ended up with the wrong size furnace that was installed in our new home. We have struggled with it for several years and finally had to call someone. We called Smith Heating and they came right out. Unfortunately the original installation was 100% wrong. We now have the correct size furnace, we had to add another cold air trunk, added extra heat vents and all new heating ducts. We also had to replace our air conditioner as it was also not the correct size.
After the initial inspection Mr. Smith came out and did a thorough assessment and gave us a plan to make our system right. We approved the quote and couldn’t be happier. Their communication is very good along with their follow through. The service installers were excellent and very thorough. Our job site was absolutely cleaned after every visit.
