“We ended up with the wrong size furnace that was installed in our new home. We have struggled with it for several years and finally had to call someone. We called Smith Heating and they came right out. Unfortunately the original installation was 100% wrong. We now have the correct size furnace, we had to add another cold air trunk, added extra heat vents and all new heating ducts. We also had to replace our air conditioner as it was also not the correct size.
After the initial inspection Mr. Smith came out and did a thorough assessment and gave us a plan to make our system right. We approved the quote and couldn’t be happier. Their communication is very good along with their follow through. The service installers were excellent and very thorough. Our job site was absolutely cleaned after every visit.
