We've used The Barton Boys for all of our heating and AC needs for the past 6 years. We've always been pleased with the quality of service from the ease of scheduling over the phone to the technicians who have worked on our equipment.In addition to taking care of our furnace and air conditioner, The Barton Boys installed a tankless water heater for us about 5 years ago. Their price was reasonable and the installation took place without a hitch!Wholeheartedly recommend The Barton Boys!
The door on my furnace air filter cabinet was so stiff that I was unable to shift it. Colin fixed it and now I am able to easily open it. I didn't realize at that appointment that my furnace was not working. Hours after my appointment I realized the temperature was falling from 70 to 65. Colin returned at 8am the next day to secure a loose thermostat connection. Thank you, Colin, for the great service. And thank you, Barton Boys, for giving my issue priority.
My client came home to a 32 degree house during a deep freeze. I called 15 different companies for emergency service and got message machines or answering services. I realize that everyone was having furnace issues. Andrew called me back in about 30 minutes that Saturday morning and we were able to get the house back up to temperature by the mid afternoon. He went above and beyond.
