My church had a plumbing semi-emergency -- a urinal would not shut off and ran continuously. After quickly responding, Ralph determined that there were no local parts available to rebuild our decades-old hardware. He found the complete assembly that we needed and arranged his schedule to come back at a time the following afternoon when we could shut the water off in the building (after a Montessori school in the building was out) and make the repairs. He was experienced in how to appropriately drain water in a multi-story building and quickly and efficiently made the needed repairs.
