“I’ve been going to Vista Optical for years and I honestly can’t imagine going anywhere else. The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable without ever making you feel rushed or pressured into buying the most expensive frames.
During my last visit, Jenny helped me pick out new progressive lenses and she really listened to what I liked and didn’t like, and even pulled a few frames I wouldn’t have chosen myself that ended up looking amazing. The optometrist (Dr. Kwok) was thorough, explained everything clearly, and took the time to answer all my questions.“

“Walmart Vision/Optical has a very knowledgeable staff. EJ, Kiaria and Rob are great! Each of them are helpful and their customer service skills are great. Insurance is accepted there and even the one time after cataract surgery Medicare can be processed by them. The Vision Center offers regular lenses as well as Nikon lenses. I got to them for their excellent customer service, wide selection of frames, discounting on multiple pairs and Nikon lenses. A huge thanks to each of them for all their help!“

“My wife and I were scheduled to take a cruise out of Seattle leaving 8/15/2025 to Alaska. The evening before we were going to depart, her eye became red and runny. We thought she had pink eye and we would not be able to board the ship. I took her to an Urgent care and the ARNP referred us to Alderwood Vision Source. They were able to work her into the schedule at 11 AM. Dr. Jacob Gilbar looked at her and immediately knew it was not pink eye, it was an eye hemorrhage, told us not to worry and wrote us a letter verifying that she was not contagious and safe to travel. From the scheduler to reception through Dr Gilbar this facility operated with compassion, concern and urgency. We got on the ship and had a wonderful time. We greatly appreciate thier service to us!
