He goes out if his way to help his community even when they are strangers and expects nothing in return. My furnace was blowing cold air today and I was getting no heat. I really appreciated Mitch coming within a few hours and fixing the problem right away. It was so nice not to have to wait over the weekend till next week for someone to come. He was wonderful to deal with. He had such a nice personality. Also, he saved me a good chunk of money telling me that when I get my furnace serviced in the fall to replace the part then. I really appreciated his honesty. I was more than happy.
Thanks for the quick service call. I've had Mitch's dad service my furnace for 35 years. I called Mitch yesterday afternoon, and he was here the next morning. It may be almost time to retire it. Thanks for the advice, Mitch.
