Mitch arrived quickly, tackled the problem and it was done within about an hour. Very, very, very happy! With more heat on the way, I will need my heat pump to be working - and thanks to Mitch it will be.

I would give Mitch and Neufeld Heating 100 stars if possible. Not only is he great at his job, he is an incredible human being. He goes out if his way to help his community even when they are strangers and expects nothing in return. For this reason I will always be calling Neufeld over anyone else when I need someone for heating and cooling. Thank you for being a great human, Mitch. I will be telling all my friends!

My furnace was blowing cold air today and I was getting no heat. I really appreciated Mitch coming within a few hours and fixing the problem right away. It was so nice not to have to wait over the weekend till next week for someone to come. He was wonderful to deal with. He had such a nice personality. Also, he saved me a good chunk of money telling me that when I get my furnace serviced in the fall to replace the part then. I really appreciated his honesty. I was more than happy.
