There was a mistake placing the order for the pad and Jose took the initiative to resolve the problem and a new pad was delivered. The installation went smoothly and professionally. “ARDS is incredibly professional, responsive, and knowledgeable. We hired them to restore our bathroom floor and walls after a portion of our bathroom was damaged from a leak. We asked them to match the existing floor tiles and paint colors so we wouldn't have to rip up the entire bathroom, and they accomplished this seamlessly. They produced high-quality work and were incredibly helpful in communicating to our insurance claims adjustor and our mold remediation company. They were also very flexible and understanding when our mold remediation company failed to dry out our bathroom enough for ARDS to start their work. ARDS called the mold remediation company to explain the situation and then rescheduled to come back out once the bathroom was completely dry.“

“Mater Builders NW did several projects for me including an entire kitchen overhaul, to smaller projects like adding a door, and pouring a concrete step. After interviewing maybe 13 contractors I chose MBNW because Bill did a great job of communicating and he line itemed things which I loved (being able to take things off I didn't want to spend on or adding things in based on line items). In addition their pricing was great and they stayed true to their projections. Despite some problems from our cabinet company, MBNW was also able to keep our tight timeline.
