“Tomasz and his team did an excellent job repairing my stucco chimney. It was cracking from water intrusion. They put a new coat of stucco on the whole chimney and it looks great.”

Sunnyside Construction
“How do you do justice to a company in something as one-dimensional as a Google review? How do you capture craftsmanship, compassion, integrity, and an experience that goes so far beyond simply hiring a contractor?
Sunnyside Construction LLC deserves far more than five stars.
We hired Sunnyside to transform a portion of our home into an accessory dwelling unit (ADU). While the project itself was a remodel, what we were asking them to create was much more than additional living space. Every detail mattered. From accessibility and thoughtful design to long-term comfort, functionality, and the little things most people might never think twice about, this project required a level of care and understanding that simply cannot be measured by a finished product alone.
And Sunnyside delivered.
The craftsmanship was exceptional. The attention to detail was remarkable. But what truly set this company apart was the people. Every crew member who stepped into our home brought not only skill and professionalism, but also a level of kindness, patience, and genuine compassion that is increasingly difficult to find.
They didn't just listen to what we wanted; they took the time to understand *why* it mattered. That distinction made all the difference.
In an industry where timelines, budgets, and the next job can sometimes overshadow the people behind a project, Sunnyside reminded us what it looks like when a company genuinely cares about the families it serves.
At the end of the day, beautiful craftsmanship is something you can see. But the thoughtfulness, respect, and heart that go into creating it are things you feel.
**Sunnyside Construction didn't just remodel part of our house. They helped create a home within our home, with the care and dignity that the people living in it deserve.**
Five stars hardly seems sufficient. Thank you to the entire Sunnyside team for reminding us that exceptional customer service and exceptional craftsmanship can, and should, go hand in hand.”
The Pipe Guys
“I had a great experience with Pipe Guys. We had a problem with a septic line that three other plumbers had looked at and provided other opinions. Dan and Dave came out and examined the site, came up with a thoughtful plan, and took time to answer questions. The quote for the work was reasonable. They completed the work on time and on budget. The project required significant hand digging beneath gravel walkways, which they replaced when finished. Highly recommend this team!”
