“This place is absolutely amazing! The care is top notch. I came in for runners knee and some pain in the arch of my foot a few weeks out from running a half marathon. They really helped me to strengthen my weak areas. The whole team is amazing and the environment is so welcoming. I got some massage, scraping, and cupping. They taugh me exercises and stretches and it has genuinely helped so much. I was able to run my race pain free! I can’t thank them enough. If I ever get injured I will definitely be coming back here for pt.“

No mri had been done as of that appointment, but she said one needed to be done. Of course there are steps you have to do when dealing with L&I, so few months went by and then I got my mri. And yes, Mary was completely right! She is amazing and I am so glad I was referred to her! Thank you Mary!“
