I called Good To Go to get a quote on Mold Remediation. The owner, Joey Novatney, was so impressive. He came out, looked at the issue and ended up referring a different company. Turns out the issue wasn't as bad as I'd thought and he was honest enough to tell me. The actual problem was that we needed to replace the crappy old fan. He gave us the name of contractors that could do that plus great advice on how to clean up the problem and what to do to prevent it in the future. He spent a good amount of time helping us and then didn't charge us for the service call. Who does that? Such an honest guy! Our HOA has hired Good To Go Restoration a number of times. This past week they were working on a project that involved remediation of 8 attics. I think it's safe to say things went a bit awry through no fault of Good To Go. Joey quickly fixed the situation and the rest of the project went very smoothly. Joey was there for every phone call I made to him and answered every question immediately. He even went so far as to hang out with my dog while waiting for the treatment team to arrive at my house because I had to leave for an appointment. :). Our association highly recommends Good To Go.
