I contacted Colby with concerns about a possible water leak from our kitchen sink, causing damage to our hardwood floors. He was on site within 24 hours. A careful review showed no leak from the sink but a likely leak from the heated floors. We will be working with the heating team on next steps. I asked Colby to invoice us for his time on site, but he declined. We appreciate his time and expertise. We will be using him again in the future, if the need arises. Highly recommend.
The crew at Edgeline Restoration worked closely with my plumber after our plumbing pipes failed. They closed off the affected area and removed all the rubble which allowed us to stay in our home during the remediation process. It was a little noisy with all the fans running, but we didn't have to deal with the inconvienence of living out of our suitcases. They were friendly and clearly explained the remediation process to us so we were aware of all that was involved. When they left they cleaned everything up before the Carpenters arrived. Edgeline Restoration is a very efficient hi-tech company that I strongly recommend for whatever your remediation needs may be.

Colby and Alex were amazing with our water mitigation. This was my first ever insurance claim and Colby helped me navigate our insurance company (which weren't easy to deal with) and helped guide us through the process (including some tips after mitigation). I would recommend Edgeline Restoration to anyone that needs help after a water damage loss. A++
