Timothy Helland seems to run the place and do most of the work. He is old school excellent. He was very proffesional, listened to what I needed done, got the work done fairly fast, and clearly explained what he had done. The place isn't fancy, but I will definatley make the drive for all service I need done on our little teardrop camper.

First time ever having a facial. I felt comfortable, and relaxed. Alyssa offered a silent session or asked if I would rather chat. We conversed on and off, I could have fallen asleep but Alyssa is super easy and interesting to talk with. It was a 12/10 experience and I can’t wait to go back!
I got facial with a peel and she told me my skin type. She offered to put crystals down my chakras and on my sides. Of course I said yes. I wanted to write a review because I was nervous for my first time ever having a facial and it was such a cool experience.

My 8 year old son is on the Spectrum and got introduced to Taekwondo through a buddy pass. All masters are extremely patient with my child and kind to him. I highly recommend this establishment for your child. My son loves coming twice a week and talks about it all the time to his brothers and friends. All staff is so genuine and nice all the time it really makes the learning environment so much fun. I’m so glad that we found this place.
This place really works if you stick with the program. I have been on the program since last June 16th. So far lost almost 100#. My coach Christina is great very motivating. I went on vacation for three weeks she modified the program for me. I did not gain any weight in that three weeks. It was easy to maintain on the program. It is all worth it. Just have to get those first two weeks done and it is all very easy from there on. Pounds just keep coming off.

Wow, finally someone who listens to you but gives you real expectations. I love how the process from black hair to almost blond went. It all made sense that these things take time. I am a regular customer who thinks that i can go blond in one day. Guess i can if i want my hair fried off lol Desiree was very upfront with me and did everything she could to make me look good and now a year later we are where we need to be and i still have all my hair on my head plus some. Her skills surpassed everyone I’ve ever used for my hair, and for a fraction of the cost. I even had hair extensions applied and man, it’s worth every penny. I love my new look. Jen and Angela are simply the best. They have done hair from my daughters to me to my to my senior mothers. From young hair to silver, from straight cuts, to layers, to undercuts, natural color, bright colors. Fantastic.

I took both of my boys here to get haircuts before school starts again and this will be our go-to place from now on! Some of the other local places seem to rush through appointments, so they can cram as many haircuts into a day as possible, but not Red's. They definitely took their time, talked to my kiddos, and made them feel comfortable. They were both super happy when we left and I was happy with the vibe of the shop. If you are taking your school age kids to Sports Clips, or Great Clips, I highly recommend switching to Red's!

I have a very simple haircut just shy of military specs and yet a lot of barbers I've had just can't seem to get it right, semi short on top and fade down the sides, sounds easy right. The other barbers want $30 for this almost buzz cut. Lk Stevens Barber Shop nails it for much less. I'm never going anywhere else. And the young man's got a nice classic Ranchero, gotta love that!

The shape is beautiful, they’re not lifted, as I have had a hard time with other nail salons where the nails are too chunky or super lifted off the nail, not here. Traci is the new owner of this salon, and has been the owner of Luminous Nail Lounge, also in Lake Stevens, for several years. I have been a client of hers since she started at Luminous, and she is fabulous! All of the staff are lovely and do great work. Their customer service is on point. Love that now I can receive excellent service at two locations! I highly recommend LS Nails and Luminous Nail Lounge.

I've seen Hoi exclusively since day one for my pink and white ombre acrylic nails, she is incredible. She gives great attention to the cuticle area so there is no lifting or raw edge issues as my nails grow out. If you've ever tried to wash your hair after three weeks of grow out on your nails and have raw, lifting edges you'll know exactly what a mess it can be. She is so thorough and knows exactly what I need or want without me having to even ask. I prefer a very natural thin look to my nails. She always verifies I'm happy with how things look and that I'm comfortable throughout the process. She is so delicate and kind and I always walk away so happy with the results. She does beautiful nail art as well and adds a little sparkle to make them shine even more.
My pedicures have been very good as well with both Qui and Hannah.
I cannot recommend this place enough! They also are very clean, always wiping down chairs and keeping everything clean and uncluttered. They also offer complimentary beverage of your choice including wine or mimosas.
The techs are very busy so I highly recommend calling ahead for an appointment. Based on my experience so far, they try to get you in same day if at all possible. Even with an appointment, you may have to wait 10-15 min once you arrive so please plan for it. If you are in a rush they will do their best to accommodate you but please be kind and patient. These services are a process and take time, you don't want them to rush or be stressed while they work on you. They want to give you the best experience possible.
The owner Tracy is very kind and professional in her interactions as well, not just with clients but also her employees from what I have observed. She also isn't above doing any of the work herself. She is happy to fix anything that you are not 100 percent satisfied with. Just let her know before you leave, they will make it right. So far 4/4 visits have been amazing for me!

I saw Jodi for a facial, and it was one of, if not the BEST facial experiences I ever had. She went over my current products and looked very closely at my skin to come up with a protocol to heal my skin, but also help with other areas as I age. She was friendly and didn't rush through the appointment, made me feel very relaxed too. Highly recommend coming here if you need a facial that is for treatment.

Very unfriendly to cats. Would not put a simple overpriced dewormer on their necks them even though they were on harnesses because they wanted to upsell their crates. I couldn't bring myself to buy their crates because I knew I was getting ripped off $240 for two cats to be dewormed and a small supply of flea ointment.
I had to make a tough decision to put my pet down. They gave me several options in the most professional way and made it as painless as possible. Thank you for your compassion and empathy.

My school experience would've been easier if chatgpt existed when I was in school. I had so many things to say, most of it was just to get my work done & a lot of it was too ongoing issues with my teachers assistant and other teachers who were not receptive to my presence in their school. I just spoke from the heart, I didn't need chatgpt this time. I rearranged the place a little before school was out, the place was stagnant and needed serious energy work. A couple of the main things massage therapists require are working shoulders and working thumbs, of course other things too but those two things not working properly are the main reason most massage therapist leave the industry within just a few years after getting into it when I started a massage school, I not only had major shoulder issues, especially one shoulder in particular I also had some pretty sore thumbs on both my hands. I had an occasional 1.5 hour session with a client in the student clinic during my time as a student in the student clinic at this school. I had to end the session halfway through because my forums became so tight that I couldn't finish the session. My clinical Massage teacher said not to ask about our own conditions. That evening I figured out the right hand exercises so that the next day I had no problem massaging for a while or longer because I was able to relax my forearms partially using some of the yoga I had learned and also partially using what I learned in school thus far. I had a really bad left shoulder issue which almost stood in the way of my student clinic experience but I had figured out a way to keep my arm behind my back come the worse off arm that is while I was driving, and that was able to fix my left shoulder issue which didn't fix it completely but made it manageable for doing Massage without tiring myself out or entering myself. I wasn't sure why the clinical Massage teacher first day told us not to ask about her own physical conditions but that's the reason I didn't go to her for anything because I knew she wasn't going to want to help me anyways. It's interesting how many people out there think they're teaching when they're just regurgitating the same information they got, unwilling to look at new information or consider new possibilities, which is a shame because students need teachers who will let them explore their education with confidence and the ability to connect to a good working environment experience after school is out. I had so many things to say to all of my teachers most of it was just to get my work done, a lot of it was too ongoing issues with my teachers assistant and other teachers who were not receptive to my presence in their school. I think it's weird to tell students that when the answer is all of the above that that's the correct answer, it feels like cheating. Stop going on and on about how hard the emblex state test is and get on with teaching. I wanted to be a business owner, my questions as a student were based on that premise. No one wanted to answer my questions. When I ask questions I was given responses similar to "you're just messing with me" It was really weird how if I wasn't getting the new assignment or something in class we were doing immediately perfectly right, I'd get taken out of class and ridiculed what's happening at least twice. I had difficult classmates and I kept my mouth shut about how difficult they were because I knew I wasn't all about me. This school gave me no time to work with my partner for the clinical massage project we're supposed to work with each other, and when I asked about time to work with other people I was dismissed. A lot of the teachers kept handing the teachers assistant their work because he happily took their work, while ignoring students need for actual experienced educators to guide them to their schooling.
