We had been dreaming about building an ADU in our backyard for a few years, but finding the right contractor always felt like the hardest part. Dan and the team at Friends and Family Construction made the whole process much easier and, most importantly, actually made our vision a reality. They were professional, easy to communicate with, and did a great job throughout the build. We’re really happy with how the ADU turned out and couldn’t be more grateful to finally have the space we had been wanting for so long. I would definitely recommend Dan and Friends and Family Construction to anyone considering an ADU or other construction project.
Daniel and his crew were awesome to work with on replacing our 20+ yr old cedar fence! The did a great job and our new fence looks incredible. The price was fair and I am very happy to have found Friends and Family Const. We will use them again.
We had a floating balcony out back with zero access to our downstairs patio and lawn. These guys fixed that problem 🤩. We no longer have to chuck the dogs over the balcony so they can get to the lawn ( 👈🏽 im joking of course). We love our new stairs. BBQs will be a lot easier since the grill was on the balcony near kitchen so we don’t have to travel through the house to get down out to backyard.
The Service was great, they were able to start the project a few weeks earlier than anticipated and just in time before Thanksgiving! Communication was constant, which I appreciate. The whole crew was friendly and knowledgeable. I definitely have some more projects… read full review
