I used Here 2 Wire twice and, on both occasions, they did a great job and charged very reasonably. The second time I called them to install an Electric Vehicle Charger, they came out and pointed the existing outlet would supply only 32 Amps while my charger can use up to 40 Amps. Within a couple of hours they reconfigured the panel, pulled some higher gauge wiring, and securely mounted the charger. I am a happy camper with my car charger. It is good to pay a trusted professional for these types of jobs.
