I do come here fairly often. I have found that whenever I pay for a mani/pedi that my cuticles are never cut, no soaking, literally nothing that comes with a normal manicure, just the gel or dip polish and oil on nails after. No soak, no cuticle cutting, no lotion, no massage, literally just the polish. Yesterday I paid for a dip mani/pedi combo, $90 and just got a polish.I keep getting an older lady that is obviously a bit inexperienced and she kept using electric sander tool and it kept popping off my nail and scraping my skin. I even paid for the upgraded gold package, 2 or 3 levels above the classic and still did not see a difference than paying for the classic except...read full review

Nice staff and girlfriend love their color selection. They were super busy unfortunately and overbooked so we didn't get serviced for our 2:00 appointment until 2:45.That was the only complaint though!

Color changing, like woah!This shop has everything you could ever need. Stickers, chrome, color changing, marbling, custom designs! Even though they are short staffed they took the time to get cuticles, not just with the drill, but dipped in water, cut cuticles, oils, hot towel. The works! Shape is excellent and consistent.
