We brought my 8 year old daughter in for her very first mani/Pedi and they did a great job with her! They took care to keep her comfortable and excited about the process. They did a great job for my MIL and myself as well. Very thorough care and quick service.
I'm so excited for the new owners. They are great about appointments and keeping it real if there busy,and not setting up fake expectations such as 10 mins. They are exceptionally good at making you feel welcome.
Traci is the new owner of this salon, and has been the owner of Luminous Nail Lounge, also in Lake Stevens, for several years. I have been a client of hers since she started at Luminous, and she is fabulous! All of the staff are lovely and do great work. Their customer service is on point. Love that now I can receive excellent service at two locations! I highly recommend LS Nails and Luminous Nail Lounge.
