When you walk into Costco you can be overwhelmed by the hustle and bustle of all the other customers. Just going from point a to point b can be like running a gauntlet. But how amazed I was when going to my eye exam for the first time at eyes on lake Stevens, I slid the door open, walked in and was greeted by the nicest staff but also the greatest atmosphere. It was as if I left the battle field called Costco, to a great time out of peace and quiet and friendly faces. The doctor was so incredibly nice and helpful. And truly made me feel comfortable and at ease. I truly love this place.
I’ve been here twice in the past two years, and each visit has been a pleasure. From updated tests and technology for my exam, to clinical staff that is extremely friendly and conversational, this is where I will continue to return for my eye care needs.
I was able to get into see Dr Vuu on very short notice because of some overnight eye changes. She did a great job looking me over and providing me with some home care. I felt listened too and she explained things very well. I would highly recommend her service.
