I am honored to write this recommendation for Spectrum Center School of Massage and to share how profoundly this school shaped my journey as a Licensed Massage Therapist and business owner of Mystic Flow Healing.
Attending Spectrum Center School of Massage was a life-changing experience that gave me not only the technical foundation to become a skilled therapist, but also a deep passion for learning, healing, and personal growth. The education I received challenged me to expand my understanding of the body, nervous system, and therapeutic touch in ways that continue to influence my practice every day.
Since graduating, I have successfully built and operated my own massage practice, Mystic Flow Healing, where I specialize in a variety of advanced and therapeutic modalities. My work includes Intra Oral Massage for TMJ dysfunction and facial tension relief, Breast/Chest Massage for postural support, scar tissue care, lymphatic support, and nervous system regulation, as well as Ashiatsu Massage, a deep compressive barefoot massage technique known for its effectiveness in relieving chronic pain and muscular tension, and much more than those modalities listed.
One of the greatest gifts Spectrum Center School of Massage gave me was a genuine love for learning. During my time there, I discovered that massage therapy is an ever-evolving field that offers endless opportunities for growth and specialization. Since becoming licensed, I have continued to pursue as many continuing education classes as possible in order to deepen my skills, expand my knowledge, and better serve my clients. Every class I take strengthens my passion for this work and helps me become a more intuitive, informed, and effective therapist.
The support, education, and encouragement I received at Spectrum helped me build the confidence to create a successful independent practice rooted in healing, professionalism, and compassionate care. I am deeply grateful for the role the school played in helping me become the therapist and business owner I am today.
I highly recommend Spectrum Center School of Massage to anyone seeking a meaningful, comprehensive, and inspiring education in massage therapy. The knowledge, mentorship, and foundation provided there truly create lasting success both professionally and personally.
Sincerely,
Erica MacCurdy, LMT

Spectrum is truly an amazing school where everyone is treated like family. Definitely the best educational experience of my life hands down 💖 The instructors are very genuine and caring and the put in the extra effort to make this place truly special.
I have been going to the student clinic for Spectrum School of Massage for several years (10 + ?) now. The students are always ready to give massages once the clinic starts. Some students are a bit nervous for the first few sessions, but the instructors do an excellent and thorough job of preparing them for table time. I tell other people "I have never had a bad massage here." I have had only 2 so-so ones. All the other massages I've had from the students at this location (at least 100? maybe more?) have been outstanding!
Give it a try. The students are eager and willing to help you improve your body. The prices are great and the staff are helpful, attentive and… read full review
