This review is for the front desk... if it weren't for Sean, I'd rate a 2. As a first time visitor with my $20 off, they called after my booking saying they could only accommodate a 90 vs 60-min massage. Fine. Then once I left, I had to inquire about the total which they did not honor the 1st time visitor coupon, but tried to upsell me on joining as a member and booking out my next massage. After I said no to both of these things, they insisted on giving me a brochure on membership plans. No thanks. This message is for management - please train your front desk members not to upsell and leave annoyed, especially after receiving a fantastic massage. Maybe you compensate on this, but as a first time customer I left feeling like this business cares only about $$...“

The massage therapist I had was very respectful, she constantly checked in with me on pressure level and any needs. She did a great job at relieving muscle tension, which is much needed as I have a flag football playoff game 2 days after a long day of snowboarding. The price is also reasonable. I definitely recommend this place.“

“The best doctor around. We’ve been seeing him since late 1990 when he operated the med care clinic. He was fantastic then and just as if not more great now. We are now under his concierge program and couldn’t be happier. Ginger his assistant is phenomenal and Dr -V and his no nonsense direct approach is first class. I don’t think there is anything I wouldn’t feel comfortable approaching with him.“
