I have had great professional experience here. Erica was my previous masseuse before being promoted to office manager. She’s amazing. I have been in great hands with both Amber and Sarah.
I just want to start off by saying Lexi is incredible with customer service. She always tells me to step outside of my comfort zone and make a genuine connection with me and offer me different services I never knew they had like a facial! I recently got matched with lily and she was perfect for my massage! The massage I had was phenomenal and I will be coming back again!
I recently visited and got a massage from Sean - would give 10 stars if I could! Thank you Sean, will be back. So talented and my back is feeling completely healed.
This review is for the front desk... if it weren't for Sean, I'd rate a 2. As a first time visitor with my $20 off, they called after my booking saying they could only accommodate a 90 vs 60-min massage. Fine. Then once I left, I had to inquire about the total which they did not honor the 1st time visitor coupon, but tried to upsell me on joining as a member and booking out my next massage. After I said no to both of these things, they insisted on giving me a brochure on membership plans. No thanks....read full review
