“Wow. So worth the money, Clean, comfortable, and my therapist was perfect. However, when you book a massage on line you get a call saying that person doesn't do a one hour massage, and you will have to book a 90 min massage. Or you book a 90 minute massage and you are told the day before via a phone call that that person only does a 2 hr massage as they are an elite therapist. Their online system doesn't work and it is very frustrating. It seems like it's a con to get you to up your time, because NOTHING on line says that there are limitations.
The therapists are good. But the business end of it is not. No one wants to schedule a 60 minute massage and be told, you have to do a 90 minute or cancel when you've looked forward to that session for a week. Just very poor business practices from management that has a non functioning website. They should honor the appointment or fix the site, or call immediately when they know it's an issue. No customer likes to feel manipulated.“
