I'm grateful to have found Plateau Chiropractic this year. Dr Matthews has been instrumental in my long-term recovery from a fractured L1 vertebrae a few years ago, which had left my back very stiff and limited my ability to participate in daily recreational activities. After several weekly adjustments I have experienced significant improvements in general comfort, range of motion, and my ability to exercise. I really appreciate his focused, assertive adjustment method and his thoughtful approach to my treatment.

My experience with Dr. Mathews has been great. When I first started my sessions I had pain in my lower back neck and shoulders and was barely able to look over my shoulder and within a few months the pain went away and I regained some lost mobility. I recommend Dr. Mathews to anyone living with back pain and discomfort his treatment has improved my quality of life.

Dr. Matthews /Plateau Chiropractic are a great resource, He listens well to my concerns and adjusts me in a way that keeps up my general health, but also helped me achieve 2nd degree blackbelt (over the age of 55). Whether it is 'gun', table, or manual adjustment he is well versed in keeping me 'in line'. Highly recommend him!
