I had an appointment with Lisa and received the best service ever. It's been a long time since I scheduled a massage and I desperately needed to treat myself to a well deserved self-care time. Lisa was amazing in the consultation to determine the best need of massage technique and even prepped me with a pre-stretch workout. Even though I live in South King County area, I plan to make my monthly appointments with her and travel to Issaquah.

I had had a really complicated two weeks prior to coming into see Elise. They do gift certificates, so this was a birthday gift from my husband. Easy to book! Relaxing, welcoming environment. Elise's pupper Mr. Darcy has the sweetest eyes ever!The massage + breath work was incredible. Awesome joint and tension work based on recent bothers I had. I joked about feeling like I had an arm replacement after Elise's work on my tendinitis. Very understanding, warm place/culture. Definitely coming back; it was such a wonderful place to let it all go. Had no idea how much stress I was holding onto.Thanks so much, Elise!

I've had many massages in my life, and I think I may have just had the best one of my life with Gabriela. I have chronic back pain and this helped a lot. Usually therapists won't press hard enough on me, but she did a great job of hitting all my painful spots and relieving the tension. I will definitely come back
