An underground water leak is an HOA president’s nightmare. Your water meter is spinning cash, your residents are impossible to coordinate, you have no idea what the unbudgeted expense will be and it seems like no one you know can help.
I found out about Langley from the City of Tacoma. I’m not sure if they are supposed to make referrals but I’m glad they did. When I explained my situation, Cody Langley listened carefully and suggested that I call another firm to detect the leak. Detection is one of Langley’s services but our situation seemed complicated. Having specialized equipment would be cost effective and give us a higher probability of success. As hoped, their recommendation nailed the location of the underground leak, which made Langley’s work even more efficient.
Langley came on site with a full crew, a well equipped truck and a backhoe. They had already arranged for utility location and were digging within 30 minutes. Our leak was in heavy roots between a tree, a house and a driveway and the team was able to surgically remove 3ft of soil and expose a cluster of water, irrigation and drainage pipes with no damage. The leak was a fractured 90 degree elbow spewing 300 gallons per hour. In minutes the team made a robust repair with brass fittings (no waiting for glue) and had my 14 units back on line. We also reworked an irrigation pipe to make that stronger and backfilled the hole. The site was left clean of debris and neatly raked, and the irrigation head was even reaimed correctly.

Called three different RV repairs on January 3rd. They were still on Holi daze. Left a message with Andrea. She called back within 5 minutes. We are at the Camp Murray RV Park. Met Tim at the gate to sponsor him at the military base. He arrived promptly on time. Was very pleasant and professional. Fixed my RV gas heater fast an efficiently. VERY pleased with the service. Heater works best it ever has. Will be using them to fix my awning in the coming days. If you want it done fast and right, I recommend give them a call.
I brought in my quite dirty, especially the interior, 2022 white Subaru Forester. When I picked it up it was absolutely spotless. I wish I had the name of the young man who did it. Tech was quick and tidy. He examined my list of concerns and addressed each. He also explained how my heat pump worked and ensured that all was working as designed.
A 120 footer fell on an outbuilding from the backside landing on the roof leaving 60 feet overhanging the frontside of the building. The overhanging portion of the tree was horizontal at a slight upward angle 18 feet above the ground. The building was severely damaged by the tree mostly towards the backside of the building, however with the professional and precision removal of the tree by Top Notch the building was able to be repaired/restored. A job well done!
Our upstairs bathroom flooded in the middle of the night, which overflowed into my little brother’s room. With a son that has asthma, and a newborn on the way we were extremely worried about water damage and having a bathroom out of service. K&C immediately came up with a plan of action after giving them a call, and not only did they fix and repair the water damage, we decided to remodel the bathroom as well with them and are extremely happy with the outcome! Their service is excellent and they maintained perfect communication and professionalism the entirety of the project. We will definitely be using them again for future projects!

They scheduled our inspection quickly and got it back to us ASAP.

I bring my doberman here, and they were awesome. She was really nervous, she hadn't gone to the groomers by her self since our older two dobies passed away. And they were so sweet with her and patient which I really appreciate.
I pulled something in my upper back that was also causing my neck and arm to hurt. After one massage with Stephanie the pain went away. Had a second massage and haven't had any issues since. Very relaxing setting, I could've easily fallen asleep on the table afterwards. Convenient location on Meridian away from the bulk of the traffic. Prices are fair. Stephanie (and Vallerie) are both super friendly and fun to talk to!

This was my first time getting my nails done at this shop and I am absolutely in love!!! Everyone was so welcoming, the store was clean, and the service was excellent. I was seen right away (granted this was at 11am or so on a Friday) and I’m overall so thrilled with my experience there. I’m so happy with my nails and these are the best nails I’ve ever had done.

I see Dr. Bieker here at Graham Family Dentistry. I see a lot of negative reviews about the office however, based on the information that the people are providing, I can tell you that almost every negative review isn't about Graham Family Dentistry. They're referring to Graham Family Dental Care. Unfortunately the names are so close that people often confuse them. I've known people that have called to make an appointment at Graham Family Dentistry with Dr. Dent or Dr. Bieker and they have contacted the wrong office. I've also known people that say they have scheduled appointments via their online scheduling portal or via email which Graham Family Dentistry does not have however, Graham Family Dental Care does. Also, Graham Family Dentistry has two dentists. People please, if you're going to leave a review about a business, make sure you have the right business. I made the same mistake the first time I made an appointment. I went online and I booked the appointment through their booking portal but when I called they said they didn't have anything. Again, it's because I contacted the wrong office. The other people that are complaining about missed appointment fees, late fees, anything like that, it's called running a business. You're late, you get charged a late fee. You don't show up, you get a no-show fee. Everybody has things that happen. But if you want to maintain a business you have to enforce the policies and procedures as they have been set out. Dr Dent and Dr Bieker's policies and procedures are provided to every patient to read. Make sure you read and understand all of their policies. Also, don't ever assume that a dentist will bump somebody else's appointment because you failed to make your appointment.

Twice I've seen Karma. She's friendly, knowledgeable, listens and does exactly what you need! Haircut from her is $40+ but worth it! Those complaining about a hairdry--read their pricing list or call! Also, they usually have sales on pro haircare!
Usually no long wait or feel rushed but I recommend you make an appointment.
