With Dr. Chaz’s wrestling background he understands and knows how to communicate with my son who is a wrestler. My son is able to describe his pain by what wrestling move was done and Dr. Chaz understands and knows what he means. Dr. Chaz is amazing.
Dr. Chaz is a crucial part of my competitive gymnasts’ healthcare providers. He is very knowledgeable, skilled and engaging. He addresses points of concerns that my girls always feel relieved after, particularly their body pains from the physical demands of gymnastics. My girls are established patients and always look forward to their regular visits.***Update 2/27/23***I now have 3 competitive gymnasts (2 girls and a boy) and we continue to have Dr. Chaz as our top healthcare provider. Absolutely excellent service. The employees at this location go out of their way to help and make you feel comfortable with your entire appointment. Dr. Curtis is kind and patient, he explained everything and took additional time to answer all my questions. Highly recommend!!
