The owner has continued to improve the gym and bring in new equipment. The gym offers affordable memberships, a positive and uplifting environment, and knowledgeable trainers who get amazing results with clients. It is a smaller, community and independently run gym with on-site childcare, and very affordable pricing compared to other nearby gyms.

I just got my membership Last Month Nice gym Love the equipment they have , Its not super big but I never feel like anybody’s in the way of each other even during peak hours the set up inside makes for lots of open space everyone is friendly staff is always kind and greeting everyone I think it’s a good deal with all the options they give us for memberships I was even able to bring my little sister with me with a free 7 day pass.

•Has all the equipment needed for a good workout, and cardio.

•Lockers available to stow away my coat and personal items.

•Protein bars and drinks. As well as powders to take home.

•Cool clothing apparel is available to purchase and wear, same-day.

As someone who works in university place but lived in Graham, I had a corporate gym membership as well as a membership at Graham Fitness. On the days when I didn’t want it commute after a work out this was my close to home gym. Despite it being alittle packed at peek hours, I enjoyed attending this gym. The staff at the front desk were always super nice when I would go. They have a variety of nice equipment too that my corporate gym does not. Unfortunately I recently moved to Tacoma and had to cancel my membership but if your local to Graham I would recommend this gym
