I had a toilet clog resulting in a clog in the main sewage line overflow. Keith and Adam arrived near the end of a workday and gave a comparable estimate. Instead of setting up an appointment, they immediately set out to fix the clog. Keith and Adam did a fantastic job thoroughly clearing out the clog. I can tell they are experts in their field and were very thoughtful in making sure the equipment they brought in did not mess up my beige carpet/hardwood floors. They were very hardworking and knowledgeable in answering my many questions. I hope Keith and Adam will get a promotion as they work diligently trying to locate the clean-out and gave sound advice on clog prevention....read full review
Karl was able to come out same day to help us with a leak and water damage, he was so helpful and knowledgeable and really made us feel better about the whole situation and was available for questions in the following days. Then Tony came out the next day to diagnose and repair our failed pipe, he was awesome. Next Leon and Elijah to clean up and dry out the water damage, they were professional and kind and this may be standard but they saved the pieces of our flooring so we could match them for a repair which I wouldn’t have thought of. Having your water heater go out is no fun. Not only could I get a next day appointment, I was offered an earlier one. Which was handy since the shut off didnt work either!
Wayne and Casey showed up on time. They looked over the issue. They got me set up quickly and explained everything they fixed. Showed me how the shut offs worked and explained the settings. Glad to have water again!
