“Update: after all of the terrific work that Amaya’s did for us in 2021 (see below) and again in 2023 when we did our kitchen renovation, we were very pleased to refer them to our son and daughter-in-law to remove carpeting and install LVP tiles in their large first floor closet. After returning from a two week trip to see relatives, they learned their cat had used this carpeted closet as a personal litter box resulting in a horrible odor that permeated their home. Despite a busy schedule, Amaya’s was able to remove all carpeting and instruct these novice homeowners on how to use KILZ primer to paint some unfinished wood before returning to install the beautiful LVP tiles. Odor is now gone and their closet looks better than when brand new—all done quickly and for a very fair price. Thank you to Luis Amaya and his crew! In 2021 Amaya’s Flooring r moved all floor surfaces on both levels of our house and installed oak wood flooring throughout. We have been very happy with the beautiful wood floors that Amaya’s Flooring installed for us. We just purchased a house and wanted all carpeting and existing wood floors removed so that there would be a great flow between rooms on both levels. The end result is just what we were hoping to achieve! Luis was truly wonderful to work with on every aspect of this job—always prompt, responsive, friendly, and courteous along with sending a terrific crew to do the work. Their retail store personnel were great as well. What really amazed us was that Luis beat all deadlines and got this job done in a very limited time before we had to vacate our temporary rental.
