While I was sitting in the lobby (for an appropriate amount of time since four people were ahead. Walk ins are first come first serve so idk why people are complaining. When I got seen the nurse was very friendly and answered all my questions nicely. I was embarrassed for what I had to go in for but the doctor made me feel like it was totally fine and to not worry. Answered all my stupid questions without making me feel stupid. I had a great experience.“
